Do you remember any of the kids from the trailer? What made them memorable for you?
What would you do if you could change the world?
Why do you think the film maker decided to talk to 11 year olds?
How do you think this movie fits with our school topic of globalisation?

DeleteI'm really excited about watching this film, looks interesting and I may be able to learn a thing or two by watching this. If I could change the world I would stop war and bring the world peace and hapiness.
DeleteIm looking forwards to 'i am eleven' . I think what i would say if i got asked What would you do if you could save the world, I would say factory farming because its sad, pointless and cruel, animals dont deserve it.
DeleteWhy do I think the director decided to talk to eleven yr olds ? Well, 11 yr olds are not teens or not kids so instead of speaking to adults (like normal) and speak to 11yr olds instead, it will be interesting!
I am looking forward to the movie "I Am Eleven" because it would be interesting and could be emotional. This movie "I Am Eleven" fits with Globalization because all these 11 year old kids are from all around the world.
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to this I am 11 because I want to know why Remi guy from franch said that his country was selfish and greedy.I would change the world by making sure that everyone had food and water and there was no war.I am 11 relates to Globalization because it is different.
ReplyDeleteI think the film will fit in with globalisation because the film-maker was asking the children questions like what would you do if you could change the world and some of them would answer about the relationship between different countries.

ReplyDeleteMy favourite kids are the two kids from Spain because they are rappers and rappers are cool and they got cool hair
I am excited for the I am eleven documentary. One character that stood out to me was Vandana because she was talking about Pakistan and India fighting. I know all about this because my mum and dad told me and they were born in India. There is a border between India and Pakistan and this is where the war is happening.
ReplyDeleteI am really excited about the movie I am eleven because when I watched the trailer. It was great. I was really interested by the boy Billy who loves wrestling and dirty dancing because of the romance in it. I cant wait for the movie it looks so awesome.
ReplyDeleteI'm excited about this movie because I don't know what I would do if I could change the world and I want to know what the eleven year olds in the film will do if they could change the world. I also want to know what it feels like to be an 11 year old from different countries.
ReplyDeleteI am really looking forward to seeing the I AM ELEVEN documentary because I want to hear Remi's full opinion about why he thinks France is a shellfish country and why he would get rid of all the borders in the world. I think this film will be very interesting and meaningful.

I'm looking forward to watching this movie because we can learn what other eleven year olds think of their country. If I could change the world I would make it so there is no war and every one can have enough food and water. I think it would be interesting to learn about the different kids perspectives about where they come from and the world.
ReplyDeleteMiss Caviglia I am so excited to see the movie because I want to see what the eleven year olds have to say.
ReplyDeleteThese are my answers for the 5 questions:
The stand out kid for me was Vandana because she takes care of the people in her orphanage.
If I could change the world I would change poverty because it's really sad seeing people on the side of the streets, under bridges or searching for food in a rubbish bin because they can't afford a house or food and water.
I think the film director chose to talk to eleven year olds because they aren't teenagers yet and still have a long time their adults but, they are still smart and know not to grow up too fast.
I think the movie fits in with globalisation becasue the eleven year olds that are in the movie are from all over the globe and have grown up from different places in the world and have different things to say.
What would I do if I could change anything in the world I would change the fact that everything getting is way too expensive and too many people are living on the streets and dont have roofs over their heads,so we shall be thankful we have a bit of money even though we aren't the richest people on earth. And poverty is terrible because you can die of starvation and no water.:)
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for the I am eleven movie, because the one person that inspired me was Billy.
ReplyDeleteHe loves to do boxing, so do I. He also loves dirty dancing because the romance and dance moves. I want to know more about him. Can't wait for the movie and snacks plus Billy. I would change the world by giving the right amount of food and money for every family. That's all
I think that the I am eleven documentary connects to the globalization topic because the documentary is about eleven year olds talking about GLOBALIZASTION issues. If I could change one thing in the world it would be to rid the world of painful and harmful things such as guns and other war machines. I am excited about the I am eleven documentary because I want to know what other eleven year olds think about the worlds issues.
